Connecticut Statewide Grievance Committee schedules February disciplinary hearings

The Connecticut Judicial Branch’s Statewide Grievance Committee has released its schedule for Reviewing Committee Hearings in February 2026. The hearings are set to take place at various locations across the state, including Hartford, Bridgeport, and Middletown.

According to the committee, the hearing dates and times may change. Individuals are encouraged to confirm the status of any scheduled hearing by contacting the Statewide Grievance Committee at Statewide.Grievance@jud.ct.gov or by calling (860) 296-3848.

All hearings will be held in person unless otherwise noted. Those requiring accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) can find their local ADA contact at http://www.jud.ct.ov/ADA/towns.htm or reach out directly to the committee via email.

On February 5, 2026, hearings in Hartford will begin at 9:30 a.m. at 80 Washington St., with cases including Grebla v. Sylvia Rutkowska (#25-0299), Stamford/Norwalk Judicial District Grievance Panel v. Jane Barry (#25-0441), and Gomes v. Richard Silverstein (#25-0434).

Also on February 5 in Bridgeport at 172 Golden Hill St., Courtroom 3C, hearings will start at 9:30 a.m., featuring Cote v. J. Thomas Vincent (#24-0590), New London Judicial District Grievance Panel v. Wayne Francis (#22-0052), Bridgeport Judicial District Grievance Panel v. Fatima Lobo (#25-0227), and Moran v. Donald McPartland (#25-0273).

On February 11, 2026, hearings in Middletown will be held at 1 Court Street starting at 9:30 a.m., with cases such as Stamford/Norwalk Judicial District Grievance Panel v. Elizabeth Rohback (#23-0494) and Windham Judicial District Grievance Panel v. Blake Turley (#25-0154).
